What We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information (name, profile picture URL) from Google. We store only your email address to identify your account.

If you create an account with email and password, we store your email and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store passwords in plain text.

How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate you and maintain your session.
• Associate your character sheets, adventures, and other content with your account.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Communications

We may occasionally reach out to you personally to ask for feedback on your experience. These are individual, one-to-one messages — not automated campaigns.

We will never send you mass marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional material unless you explicitly opt in to receive them.

Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth— used for sign-in. Google’s privacy policy applies to data processed on their end.
• OpenAI— game content you create may be sent to OpenAI’s API for AI-assisted features. No personally identifiable information is included in those requests.
• Sentry — error monitoring in production. May capture your user ID and email for debugging purposes.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@leatherarmor.io.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
